Blake is an Associate Vice President for Colliers' Western Region Investment Sales, where he specializes in representing private and institutional investors, family offices, and lenders in the sale of office buildings throughout the Western United States. Based in Los Angeles, Blake primarily focuses on transaction execution and providing in-depth analytical support to drive successful outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Blake was an analyst with Newmark’s Private Capital Group, where he specialized in middle-market investment sales accross office, industrial, and retail. Blake earned his BSBA in Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
