Eric Longo is a financial analyst on the Western Region Capital Markets team at Colliers, specializing in the underwriting and valuation of various commercial asset types. Based in Los Angeles, he and his team have acquisition, disposition, and debt placement expertise on office and industrial assets across the entire risk spectrum, including stabilized, multi-tenant properties, net-leased assets, distressed, and value-add opportunities throughout the Western United States.

Previously, Eric held an investment and asset management role at Pinnacle Capital Management Services, which focused on the acquisition and operation of healthcare, research and development, and other medical-related properties along the West Coast. In this position, he supported the sale of a medical office and life science portfolio totaling over $200 million.

Eric graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in business economics and communication with a minor in public affairs.
